World Birthday Day

In honor of the anniversary of another trip around the sun, her own birth, Kat Caverly declares August 7th, World Birthday Day, and gives the staff the day off!
Kat will be taking the day off to celebrate and ponder all things birthday (which isn't much of anything new for the lady whose mission in life is to add celebration and joy to everyone's days, now is it?). She promises to "get back to the serious work of silly on Tuesday", but is taking the day off. She has given all us purr-mission (orders!) to do the same.
I'm not certain any of us know how to 'celebrate and ponder all things birthday' without making cards, sentiments, animations and art... or cake. There's just no way to have birthday on the brain and not have cake on your plate. (This job is to blame for all my weight gain!) But we'll give it a shot.
One thing is for sure though. While this Kat's away, the No Evil mice -- err, monkeys will surely play!
